Support Coordination

Plan Management
Exaudy Care can manage the financial aspects of disability care, tracking and making payments to support providers, claiming expenses, providing monthly statements and claiming payments from the NDIA for you.
Behavioural Support
We have positive behaviour support specialists that can support people with disability, aiding in the development of a comprehensive plan designed to reduce and manage concerning behaviours.
Community Access and Personal Care
From participating in community, social and civic activities to living daily life to the fullest and as autonomously as possible, Exaudy Care provide support through each aspect. We provide support that aids in the development of daily living and life skills and provide outright assistance in situations where in-home support or things like garden maintenance is required.
Nursing and Health Support
We can provide registered nursing care and clinical care where required. This includes clinical assessments and nursing services such as continence, wound care, foot care and bowel management.
